CEO
Mathias Hautefort, 55, is CEO of Netgem Group, listed on Euronext Growth.
Prior to joining Netgem, Mathias Hautefort spent most of his career in senior management positions as CEO and COO in industrial and telecom groups (Noos, Orange, Atari and Pace), and as an advisor of the French Minister of Economy and Industry.
He is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and member of the Corps des Mines.
Mathias Hautefort is Chairman of the Association of French VOD editors (SEVAD).
CFO and Deputy General Manager
Sandrine Alexandre holds a diploma in accounting and financial studies. She has held various positions in finance with SMEs and accounting firms. Sandrine Alexandre joined Netgem from its creation in 1996 as a management controller and then held the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officier. She was appointed the Netgem Group's CFO on October 1, 2020 and appointed Deputy General Manager on February 1, 2023.
Chief Legal & People Officer
Caroline is a 20 years certified business lawyer. She has skills in various fields of law such as : IT law, business law, competition law, employment law…. She has started her career within a law firm and the European Institutions in Brussels before joining in the European Telco(Tiscali International Network) and later on the entertainment markets(Glow/Video Futur) before entering Netgem's staff.
Caroline is in charge of all legal aspects involving Netgem’s interests such as contracts negotiations(contract management), Intellectual Property policy, DPO… as well as Human Resources items. She previously held the same position within Tiscali's Board.
Reporting to Netgem’s Managing Director, Caroline holds a Ph D in European Business Law as well as a DU of Business English and IT Law(Law Faculty of Montpellier) and a Master in Comparative Law(Law Faculty of Strasbourg).

Sylvain joined the Executive Committee of Netgem in 2015, establishing the new "Managed Services" division in London focused on developing the end-to-end service business, initiated with "EE TV", and now expanded to many more operator customers of Netgem, including TalkTalk TV 4K in the UK.
He brings 25 years of international experience, built on a strong leadership across both "start-ups" (he founded one of the first ISPs in France) and Fixed and Mobile Telecom operators (running large P&Ls for Vodafone, TalkTalk, EE). Sylvain is now "Chief Commercial & Customer Officer" (C3O) with key focus on Sales & Marketing, running all customer facing activities across B2B operators, as well as B2B2C and B2C services (starting in UK and France).
Co-CTO
Manuel Lara joined Netgem in December 2000 to manage the Group's first interactive television content partnerships. He then participated in the launch of all IPTV projects within the Project Department before taking over the responsibility of the Products Department and then the Platform and Operations Department in 2014.
Manuel previously worked for software companies including SAS Institute and Computer Associates and has a degree in Economics.

Yves Marco is graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (Class of 1991) and then Télécom Paris.
He joined Philips Consumer Electronics in 1996 as a Software Developer and then Software Architect, working on digital television decoders (launch of the first DTT decoders in the United Kingdom). He joined Netgem in November 2000. At Netgem, Yves Marco was successively Developer, Architect, Technical Team Leader, Applications and Devices Development Manager.
Chairman & Co-founder
Graduate from the Polytechnique School and ENST (École Nationale Supérieure des Télécoms), Joseph Haddad created his 1st software company in 1987 and developed it internationally, then selling it to IBM in 1990. After 2 years in the USA, he became a business angel through his family company "J2H". He founded Netgem in 1996 and is today the main shareholder and Chairman of Netgem Group.
Board Member
Member of the Haddad family, Mrs.Laura Wilner is a graduate of ESCP Business School. After an entrepreneurial experience (Frichti, Wild & The Moon), she is today project leader at the Boston Consulting Group.
She was appointed as a director of Netgem in May 2023, representing J2H.
Board Member
Alexandra Barth was a consultant at the Agence pour la Création d'Entreprise (now BPI) before joining Caisse des Dépôts as Investment Director in 2011. She has been involved in the financing of telecoms projects, in particular public-initiative networks, and has sat on numerous boards of tech & M&dia companies to support their growth (Universign, My Trip Tailor, Universciné, Up Factor, etc.). Alexandra knows the Netgem group well, having sat on the strategic board of its subsidiary Videofutur since 2016 until the group's buyout of minority interests. She is a graduate of ESCP Business School.

Vincent Grivet, a French national, is a graduate from Paris’s École Polytechnique and Paris Tech Telecom.
Mr Grivet started his career in the Orange Group, where he held various positions in product marketing and M&A/International Development. He later worked for Orange Group’s Belgian operations, first as SVP, Development at Mobistar (mobile operator) and then as CEO of Orange’s internet operations in Belgium (Wanadoo at that time).
He was the co-founder and MD of Maxtel, an entrepreneurial Wireless Broadband start-up in 2006.
He later joined TDF Group, a leading digital infrastructure operator in Europe, as MD of HDRR, a Broadband Wireless venture created by TDF together with Groupe Bouygues, SFR and Caisse des Depots where he led the start of commercial operations, and then managed the consolidation of TDF ‘s Wimax assets with the one’s of Groupe Bolloré.
Until January 2019, he was VP of Broadcast Development at TDF, where he led the strategic efforts of TDF, in partnership with the leading French Broadcasters and other international ecosystem participants, to continuously modernize and integrate the terrestrial broadcast platform in the new digital and media consumption paradigms.
He served for several years as a Steering Board Member at DVB where he also chaired the groups dedicated to Terrestrial Broadcasting and Targeted Advertising. He has been also for many years a Board Member at IDATE Digiworld, the leading European think tank and research institute for the digital economy, and at Molotov, a highly innovative OTT/TV start-up recently acquired by Altice, the telecommunication multinational giant.
In June 2018, he was elected as Chairman of HbbTV, the European organization which develops standards for innovative and interactive TV services. In addition to serving the HbbTV Chairmanship mandate, Mr Grivet is conducting consulting assignments for several players of the European TV and digital ecosystem, notably in conjunction with the introduction of targeted advertising.

Censor
Former student of the École Polytechnique and the ENA, inspector of finance, Marc Tessier was Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Energy, Director General of the Havas Agency and of Canal +, then of the CNC and President of France Televisions.
Marc Tessier has held several positions within the Netgem Group, notably in the Video on Demand activities.

Netgem France is developing its business around two main divisions: the telecom division with Netgem TV and the Media Services division, which includes the two business units Eclair Preservation and Eclair Valorisation.
